The alumnus of the University of Lagos mentions these keys as,
- Make God your friend
- Seek ye first the Kingdom of God
- Go out of your way to be a blessing to others
- Pay your tithes faithfully
- Become an incurable giver
- Give your offering faithfully
- Sow seed
- Take care of the poor
- Pray wealth releasing and wealth transfering prayers
- Work hard
- Avoid being a debtor
- Invest with the wisdom of God
- Pay your first fruit offering
