There are some prayers you don't pray if you have the right network. You won't pray for some doors to open if you belong to the right circle.
Prayer is life. I'm a product of prayer, both mine and other people's. And I keep praying. I need prayer to live and to live well. However, I have discovered with time that if I had some privileges some years ago, certain prayer points wouldn't have come from my lips.
A man praying for a house may appear strange to a man whose father has five houses. He wouldn't understand why that man could pray for a house.
Another man praying for peace of mind may sound strange to the one who doesn't bolt his door when he sleeps at night, yet wakes up hungry.
Some of your prayers are answered in people. Some of the things you fast about can be solved by just a meeting with one person. 10 hours of prayer may be ineffective if what you need is a person and you don't know it.
That's why you shouldn't take people for granted. This is the time of the year that most people fast and pray. But as you pray, network. As you fast, network. And do it wisely. Don't look for who can bless you alone; ensure you bring something to the table.
Ask God for the wisdom to network properly. Some people may know who can answer your prayers. Include in your plans to build AND MAINTAIN valuable and strategic relationships with at least 10 people. He who walks with the wise shall be wise.
