Another gunman fatally shoot two Christians in an Alabama Church

Saint Stephen's Episcopal Church in Birmingham suburb of Vestavia Hills, Alabama got attacked on Thursday night with two Christians fatally shot and a third wounded.


The Police report by Police Captain Shane Ware declared that the attacker whose identity hasn't been known, was arrested after the authority received a report at 18:20 ET (22:20 GMT) that an active shooter was at the Church.


This attack is the latest in series of verocious gun attack in the United States, with

“This should never happen – in a church, in a store, in the city or anywhere,” Alabama Governor Kay Ivey said in a statement condemning the attack which she described as a shocking and tragic loss of life.


A report by Gun Violence Archive, gives the number of mass shootings in the US currently as 268. 


This new attack follows a string of other gun killings in the US, where in separate incidents, attackers wielding semi-automatic assault rifles massacred 19 children and two teachers at a primary school in Uvalde, Texas, and the killing of 10 people Buffalo, New York.
