An
Evangelist with the Celestial Church of Christ, Evangelist T. Aluko
writes about spiritual works and Christian rituals done in the Celestial
Church of Christ and other Christian denominations.
In the
article he debunked the idea that charms are done in the Church stating
that as followers of Christ, only the name of Jesus Christ is used in
blessing any item used for spiritual works and Christian rituals, as any
other name being used makes the item a charm and does not represent
Celestial Church or Christianity.

He wrote: "As FOLLOWERS of CHRIST, any item that is not blessed using the Name of JESUS is not a 'spiritual work' but a CHARM!
"I
repeat again, for any item to be regarded as a Spiritual Work by any
Christian, the item MUST be blessed using the Name of JESUS. That is the
only Name we were given to bless THINGS.
"And such
SPIRITUAL ITEMS are not MEANT for evil purposes and criminal activities
because we are not called by God to use His Holy Name for evil
activities. SPIRITUAL WORKS from the Church are NOT to ATTACK or to
MANIPULATE people. We don't use spiritual works as threats or to harass
people.
"Behold, we have a SPIRITUAL CHURCH, not a DIABOLICAL
CHURCH. Yes, ANYTHING we are GIVING to PEOPLE as a spiritual item that
we CANNOT bless with the Name of Jesus is not of GOD. In fact, the ONLY
way to make things 'spiritual' in the church is to use the NAME of JESUS
to BLESS them.
"Anybody who tells you in any Church that he
or she can prepare spiritual items for you without using the NAME of
JESUS is NOT a Messenger of GOD. And Spiritual Works are different from
Diabolical/Magical/Juju Works and whoever is looking for CHARMS should
NOT COME to Church for SUCH."
